Role Overview
This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our clients. You will own account structure, keyword and audience strategy, bidding, and performance reporting. You will work with the growth team and report to the Performance Lead. This role matters because Google Ads is a core channel for our clients' lead and sales growth, and your work directly impacts their ROAS and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Google Ads strategies (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Manage campaign setup, structure, targeting, and bid strategies.
- Optimize keywords, ad copy, and landing pages for conversion and quality score.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, GTM) and attribution.
- Analyze performance data and deliver clear client reporting.
- Collaborate with creative and landing page teams on assets.
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages.
- Report on KPIs and recommend optimizations to hit targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Search, Display, and/or YouTube campaigns.
- Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, and GTM.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and performance reporting.
- Understanding of quality score, bidding, and auction dynamics.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, etc.).
- Agency or multi-client experience.
- Experience with Performance Max or Shopping campaigns.
- Exposure to international or multi-market Google Ads.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- ROAS and target CPA/CPL achievement.
- Quality score and ad relevance improvements.
- Conversion rate and conversion volume.
- Click-through rate and cost per click efficiency.
- Campaign scalability and budget pacing.
